    Senior Programme Officer

    Saina Shrestha, a public health professional with a strong sense of purpose and commitment to community well-being, is dedicated to advancing online safety, digital rights, and protection from technology-facilitated violence. She is particularly passionate about creating inclusive digital spaces, especially for those who are often marginalised or left behind.

    Saina firmly believes in the power of empathy, knowledge, and collective action to build a safer and more empowering online world - one where every child has the opportunity to thrive. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of the Philippines.

  • Narad Prasad Adhikari

    Admin and Finance Officer

    Narad Prasad Adhikari, a resident of Kathmandu, has thirteen years of experience as an administration and finance officer. He had worked earlier with Mandala Theatre Nepal, the Centre for Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities, the National Federation of Youth NGO Nepal, and the Himalayan Human Rights Monitor. He has a Master's degree in business studies from Tribhuvan University. He is pursuing further studies at the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA).  

  • Sulav Ratna Bajracharya

    Research Associate

    Sulav Ratna Bajracharya (he/him) is a Research Associate at ChildSafeNet with over five years of experience in gender and child protection research. Sulav has contributed to multiple national and international research initiatives focusing on gender norms, masculinities, and child protection issues, particularly in online spaces. He has also worked with leading UN agencies as a freelance reporting consultant. A Sustainable Development scholar at Kathmandu University, Sulav brings a strong academic foundation to his advocacy and research on child rights, gender equality and digital safety. 

  • Sichu Bajracharya

    Programme Assistant

    Sichu Bajracharya is a final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management at Pokhara University. She brings diverse volunteer experience across multiple sectors and is deeply passionate about community development and public health. Sichu is dedicated to continuous learning and values opportunities that allow her to both expand her knowledge and share it with others. She believes in the power of collaboration and is committed to building a career that promotes equity, well-being, and social impact. 

     

  • Prajeeta Pradhan

    Communication and Research Assistant

    Prajeeta Pradhan (she/her), a graduate in Social Work and English (BASW), supports ChildSafeNet’s research and advocacy initiatives on child online protection. She has contributed to qualitative and quantitative data collection, literature reviews, and ethical research design as part of the organisation’s research team.  

    Passionate about safeguarding children and young people, she is committed to participatory approaches that meaningfully engage youth in grassroots-level interventions. Her contributions include organising multi-stakeholder events, drafting reports, and developing digital content. Prajeeta is recognised for her analytical thinking, adaptability, and inclusive leadership. Through evidence-based initiatives, she strives to promote digital safety and amplify the voices of children and young people.
